These crab cakes are truly authentic, transporting me back to the shores of Maryland right from my kitchen in the mountains of North Carolina. Following the provided preparation instructions, we cooked the crab cakes, and the results were absolutely delicious! Instead of making the traditional five crab cakes, we decided to create ten smaller ones, which paired perfectly with our sides of corn on the cob and braised potatoes. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the quality of the crab meat was outstanding.
